I am a middle eastern and not very fluent in English. So Brenda had to put more effort to explain from the loan process to details about closing. She is very professional and knowledgeable about local market and neighborhood (Toledo area). She did a great job for negotiation and fight for me to get the best deal possible. the home buying process went super smooth and everything work perfect. the thing that impressed me, she is very responsive, no matter what was my question or concern or what time it is, she responded me as quick as possible. All of my friends love the house and acknowledged that I had a very good realtor. in terms of personality, she is friendly and fun and we had some good laugh. 100% recommended!
