We had been looking for an investment property for quite some time and we had been watching this 80 acre parcel so when the parcel was lowered to where we thought we could afford it we reached out to find out about it. After myself, my wife and son walked the property I knew we wanted it so once I got to cell service range I immediately called Brenda and told her our great news, Brenda had concerns regarding utility easements so she asked me to hold on and she would be back in contact, when Brenda called me back she was unable to give me a yes or no answer so she wanted us to be totally aware of any obstacles that we may encounter in our decision, that professionalism and honesty really stuck out for us and we found it very refreshing after having had a few bad experiences in the past when we were buying. Brenda Halen will be selling our next home for sure!!
