I want to personally thank Brenda for the work she did to help us get are new home. Brenda is very professional and personal in her profession, Brenda communicated with us very well, was on the ball all the way though. But when I asked for the winning Lotto numbers she did hesitate a bit. Other then that she will work for you 101%.
I absolutely loved working with Brenda! She was knowledgeable and worked around the clock for us. Not only did she get us more than we asked when selling our 1st home, but got us below asking price for our new home. Brenda made sure we knew what we needed to do each step of the process and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend Brenda enough!!
I HAVE ALWAYS ADMIRRED THE STODDARD PROPERTY EVER SINCE I WAS A CHILD. I NEVER DARED TO DREAM WE WOULD OWN IT. BRENDA MADE THAT DREAM POSSIBLE.
Brenda was great to work with. We moved from another area of Idaho and our local Realtor referred Brenda to us. She was very familiar with the area and knowledgeable of the current market. We had full confidence in her even though we had just met her. She represented us extremely well and got us the price we were looking to pay on the house we ended up purchasing. She didn’t just help us buy our home, she made herself available for any questions we had that were not even related to her job. We would highly recommend Brenda!!!
Brenda in a Great Agent. She is straight forward and honest. Any information or document requests were promptly received. Appointments for services (well tests, etc) were immediately set and handled by her. She always had our best interests at heart and negotiated repairs as needed. Truly one the Best Agents we have ever had. She made a out of State purchase a Breeze.
As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Brenda was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed her. She made the homebuying process easy and faster than we ever expected. We can't thank Brenda enough!
We had such a great experience with Brenda at North Central Idaho Properties. She was so accommodating, always available, worked incredibly hard, and went above and beyond. We will definitely work with her again in the future and would recommend her to anybody we know looking to purchase a home.
Because of the work that Brenda Halen and Kathy Pence did our house sold. Despite some of the difficulties and obstacles that came in our way they helped us immensely get this house sold. Without them, this would not have been possible. They have the expertise and training to get the job done and they did not stop until it was completed. I want to thank them so much for their help time and all the effort that they put in. I highly recommend their real estate office and their job well done.
Kathy and Brenda communicate extremely well, staying on top of all issues that come up. All issues got resolved quickly, and the closings were handled extremely professionally. Glad we used them to sell our properties. Their expertise and experience was invaluable.
Quick response time Very knowledgeable Walked me through everything
Brenda is the “best”! She takes the time to walk the property and become completely familiar with all qualities a property possesses. She is diligent in advertising and and exposing the property. She is always quick to respond to questions and to give wise experienced advice as she is up to date on market conditions.
When we decided to sell our place at Elk River in the middle of winter last year, Brenda Halen has to be credited with putting together the most appealing description of the property, as well as capturing great pictures for the listing. We would recommend Brenda to anyone desiring to sell their property. She is talented, professional, and clearly knows how to match properties with potential buyers. Thank you Brenda!
