Brenda acted on behalf of the seller and ourselves (buyer) and did so with competence and respect
Responded to questions quickly, researched to find answers, promptly forwarded documents for signature and connected us with the relevant title company people who would handle the transaction. Brenda gave the impression that she wanted to please both the seller and ourselves.
