Brenda is extremely knowledgeable with the area by actually living on Cape Cod. She is a conscientious worker and did a lot of the preparation of the condo I was selling since I was out of state at the time. Her communication is excellent. Brenda returned phone calls within the hour, always calling or texting me with updates frequently. She handled the sale with my attorney beautifully.
