In short? Brenda was exceptional. In spite of many, many (ridiculous) delays on the buyers side she stayed positive and persistent for us. She has a great attitude and is very personable and is easy to be around. I almost miss talking to her every day now that we have closed! We very highly recommend Brenda. You won't be disappointed.

Brenda provided exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction. Then, when we finally thought we were finished, the wired funds between the title company and bank was missing, so she gladly stepped in again to help resolve.
