To say the the process was a challenge would be a large under statement. Now, having prefaced this writing with a negative tone, I want to give the highest recommendation possible to “Super Realtor” Brenda B. Throughout the 9 month process of selling our 5 acre 40 plus year old mobile home in a designated flood plain, Brenda maintained patience and professionalism during what had to be one of the most difficult sales she has dealt with. On our side repairs were required to meet the standards set by the lender, and numerous extensions were necessary to allow for the repairs to be completed. On the buyers side, issues dealing with flood insurance and regulations imposed by private, state and federal bureaucracies only added complications and delay to an already burdensome venture. Brenda completed the sale with smiles, jokes and an irreverence for difficulty. The venture, for my part, has uplifted our realtor to a friend.
