Brenda was very professional and client first in her approach to marketing our home. She listened to our concerns and provided valuable input in helping us present our home in the best light. She provided open honest communication throughout the process, keeping us in the loop and informed of market conditions in our neighborhood and the surrounding communities as well as to what actions she was taking to promote our listing to potential buyers. She does the little extra things that most realtors do not, such as providing shoe covers to be worn during showings to protect carpet from traffic and a remote key box to protect our front door from damage. She seems to enjoy her job which made her a pleasure to work with.
