Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! 😊😊

Brenda and I worked very closely regarding the sale of this property. We recommend Brenda for listing and buying a home any day. Brenda assisted us in selling our home quickly in 2011. We decided to rent for a while after that sale. She helped us with finding a rental. She encouraged and directed us to get back into another home and referred us to a few lenders. Her patience is impeccable. She listed to our needs and was able to find us some great homes in our price range even though there is a shortage. She also encouraged us before and after we didn't win a few offers due to multiple offers and cash buyers winning out. Her encouragement was there is a better one for you, be patient you will have one long before Thanksgiving. We closed two weeks ago on our new forever home. She went over and above what we expected from a Realtor, helping and directing us on things we forgot about. We recommend her hands down. If I could have given her more stars, she definitely, would have received them. Brenda is there working when you tell her, okay I don't feel like it today!!!
