As a first-time home buyer in a new state, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect Realtor to work with than Bree. She simplified what seemed to be a complicated home-buying process, explaining the process, answering my questions and keeping me informed. She particularly impressed me with her preparation and her responsiveness. Knowing that I had Bree in my corner, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in negotiations or that I paid too much for my new home.
