I was referred to Bre by a friend of mine and I cannot say enough how happy I am about this. I am a 23 year old first time home buyer and when I first contacted Bre I knew nothing about the home buying process and I really didn't know what I wanted either. I was under a time crunch to find a place, I did not have too much money up-front to outbid anyone, l was very picky about location, I wanted something renovated, and I was using an FHA loan. So basically it seemed like mission impossible during this crazy sellers market in Florida. Bre did an incredible job explaining everything to me, setting up showings right as I requested them, putting in competitive bids while staying in my budget, and keeping me calm when I got outbid out of my budget on the first few houses I wanted. I cannot recommend Bre enough. She is absolutely on your side and will fight for what you want. I am not a patient person and there were many times I wanted to put in irresponsible bids out of my budget to win a house and she explained to me why that is not a good idea, while she could have easily sent in those larger bids that would earn her more money. She is very communicative every step of the way and she answered my questions at any time on all days of the week. In a sellers market she helped me find an awesome deal for my first home and I would not have been able to do this without her help.
