When my rent at my apartment went up by more than 30%, I decided it was time to buy. When browsing Zillow, I asked for information on a listing, and Breanne's group was the first to respond, probably within a minute of my initial inquiry, they were that fast. Unfortunately it's a seller's market at the time of this writing, so buying a house at what a normal person would consider a reasonable price and in reasonable condition is nearly impossible. Breanne sympathized with this as we discovered upon viewing several houses that turned out to obviously be flips, where the flip quality was, to put it in a word: awful. The few houses that we did find acceptable we were immediately outbid. It's definitely an uphill battle. But Breanne did not give up and we eventually found a townhouse owner who accepted our offer. I'm actually writing this from the townhouse now, this is my first day there! Overall I'm satisfied by the service Breanne and the Basel House provided and would use them again in the future.
