I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Bree, Greg, and the South Cedar team to purchase our first home. After our first meeting, there was no question that we were going to move forward with Bree as our agent. We could tell that she truly cared about finding us the perfect home and throughout the process, did a great job showing us plenty of homes that matched our very specific criteria. Bree and Greg are so knowledgable when it comes to the home inspection process. They were able to pinpoint defects surrounding the first home we were under contract with, that would have been a major headache to fix down the road, which led to us confidently backing out of the deal. When we found the house we now own, we knew so much more about what to look for in a house than before we met Bree & Greg, and had peace of mind on our closing date. Their work didn't end at closing! The pool builder had an open permit on the pool, so they made the wise decision to hold some funds in escrow to cover any expenses that might have popped up as the pool was being inspected. The permit is now closed and we didn't have to come out of pocket for the pool repairs. I honestly couldn't imagine going through the process of buying our first home without Bree and the amazing team at South Cedar.

From the very beginning, Bre made everything easy for me. She quickly arranged showings for the homes I was interested in—often within a day. When it came time to make a decision, she made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. I lived in Indy and my 2 kids are in the St Pete/Tampa area and I wanted to find something in St. Pete. My budget was on the lower end…but I wanted a good location near Central Ave. I also wanted a more historic home that needed some work. So it was a challenge for sure. We did video showings when I was in Indy and that helped a lot. I never felt any pressure to buy. Bree came thru, we found the perfect house. The transaction was not smooth at all on the sellers end, but she kept working the details and coached me and provided concise updates throughout. We had many late night/weekend texts and calls. I could not be more impressed with her demeanor, her knowledge and her work ethic. Buying when your remote is difficult…but Bree made it as smooth as possible. So happy with her, so happy with my new St. Pete house.
