We listed our family's longtime home on 35th Street not really knowing what to expect, and Bre Brossman made the whole thing manageable from start to finish. She priced it right, had it marketed well, and got us under contract with a well‑qualified buyer. What truly sold us on her was the inspection. The report came back pages long — foundation, sewer line, electrical, the works — and it was overwhelming at first glance. Bre sat us down and walked through it line by line, separated what the contract actually required from what was just informational, and kept everyone calm.
