I closed on my new home in April. Purchasing a new build in NC from MD is not for the faint of heart. I prayed and asked the Lord to connect me with a good Realtor, and He sure came through with Brandy! Brandy took time with me from start to finish, took in all my wants and steer-away-froms, and stayed within those boundaries. She is very responsive to communication, which is a must for me.
