You hear horror story about buying a house, but you never hear the good. Having people in your corner who actually care and know what they are doing made this process one of the easiest life changing processes. Brandy went above and beyond for my kids and I. She lined up house after house until we found the perfect one. My schedule is not normal working hours and she adjusted hers so we could find my family a home. She negotiated on the price as well getting the home inspections recommendations fixed before we moved in.

Brandy was very prepared for everything that would come our way as she helped us sell our house of 21 years. We hadn't bought or sold a house since we acquired this home in 2001, so when we first met with Brandy she brought a ton of comparisons from around our neighborhood and explained everything about what we should expect as we sold our house. She listened to all the things we wanted to get out of the sale and made sure all of our requests were met . She also took the time to explain all the details to the paperwork she needed us to sign and explained how it all related to our particular sale . I have to say im not well educated when it comes to buying or selling houses but when working with Brandy i always felt confident about all the decisions we made during the process of listing and selling. When making decisions about what to do during our sale , Brandy had always given us all the information we needed, before we needed it, and she made it easy for us to be prepared for every step of this sale. Thank you so much Brandy for making this process so simple for us and for making sure in the end we got everything we asked for. We couldn't have done it without you.

Brandy came to our first meeting very prepared with information for us. She was very responsive at all times when we had questions or wanted to run things by her for her professional opinion and her professional experience. She listened to what we had to say and what we wanted. She never pressured us and we never felt like she wasn't listening or hearing us. She supported us and what we wanted every step of the way. Even when she might have been pressured by others. While she supported us with what we said, she also gave us all the information and various options available that might affect what we initially stated so that we could feel confident in our decisions. She explained everything clearly and without pressure even though I know very well some of our requirements n decisions made her job harder. She held our hands and walked us through everything from beginning to end . So happy we chose her. She truly made a stressful time sooo much easier. Almost painless. The only pain I felt was what I inflicted upon myself from a mind I couldn't shut off. And she even handled that just as patiently and gently as everything else. She showed nothing but kindness, grace, patience and professionalism through it all.
