During the entire selling process Brandon was amazing to work with by always communicating and promptly answering calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. He was patient and professional. If we had any questions he answered and explained them in detail, all we did was sign documents! Such an easy process for us. Can’t recommend him enough! I worked with Brandon Smith on the sale of my mother’s home as part of an estate sale. He was responsive, communicative, and sensitive to the situation, which I really appreciated, especially since I was handling everything from several states away. Selling a home under these circumstances can be challenging, and he helped navigate the process smoothly. In hindsight, I believe we would have benefited from taking his initial pricing strategy, but it was an emotional sale for my brother and me, and Brandon was willing to set aside his own recommendation by coming up with a strategy that helped with the feels. I appreciate his extra efforts in getting the sale completed. With the help of a neighbor and the additional time the home was on the market due to the revised strategy, he made sure the lawns were maintained and even sent me a few lemons from my mother’s lemon tree. His kindness and patience throughout the process did not go unnoticed. Additionally, he was willing to share a small percentage of his commission with my sister-in-law, who is also a realtor, but due to the long-distance nature of the sale, it wasn’t convenient for her to handle it directly. That generosity was appreciated. Overall, while there were aspects I might have approached differently, I truly appreciate Brandon’s dedication, thoughtfulness, and support during this emotional transaction.
From the first meeting, Brandon had a good strategy how to go about selling the house. As soon as we finished taking care of some deferred maintenance (with some guidance from Brandon), he and his team went to work. Two days after the first open house, we had a good offer. We accepted. There were the usual inspections and contingencies, but Brandon's team helped everything go smoothly. Six weeks later we closed escrow. It really doesn't get any easier than that. Brandon is professional, kind, knowledgeable about the market and fun to talk to, but most importantly if you're considering hiring him to represent you ... his tactics work. There really isn't much more to say. If I was moving back into the area, I'd work with Brandon again. If you're looking for somebody to help you buy or sell your home, I'd recommend you work with Brandon and his team. You won't be disappointed.
