Brandon is a great agent. Very easy to work with and always available for any questions, etc. His communication and professionalism were both excellent throughout the process. We had to sell our house quickly (17 days) to fulfill a contingent purchase on another property. Brandon worked very hard to meet that deadline and was successful. He and his team hosted four different open houses throughout the time. He did a good job of getting people in to see the house without it being overwhelming for my family. He provided a range of comps to support his opinion on the sales price but also did a nice job of respecting our opinion and not being pushy in any way.
