Brandon is the man and an expert realtor! He picked up right away the style home I was looking for and used that expertise to assure I got exactly what I was looking for. He wasn’t just your walk through with you and let you decide kinda guy. He was very helpful with each home I viewed, pointing out things like the age of a roof or furnace, and if it would need to be replaced, therefore giving me the long term view of a home as well. I just closed on my new home in Troy thanks to Brandon’s knowledge on how to seal the deal, starting with my offer all the way through closing. His patience and respect also goes a very long way.
