Brandon supported us in closing on a townhome in 5 weeks, while we were overseas for part of that time, with limited wifi connection. Brandon's attention to detail was outstanding. He drove the process and all the players with finesse; including the seller, the seller's broker, the title company, and us. Brandon went above and beyond his responsibilities; from notifying the HOA board for additional information about future HOA plans and requesting townhome insurance quotes from insurance companies ... to making sure we had wifi connection overseas for the contract closing and personally delivering keys on his day off. Brandon was truly a pleasure to work with. There was never a misstep in the process because of his professionalism and deep knowledge of the process. We would absolutely engage Brandon again in purchasing or selling another home.
