I contacted Brandon in early January about selling 80 acres in the thumb area of Michigan. I was impressed from the outset with the attention he paid to my inquiry and the research he did on the property in just a few days time. He was familiar with the area, which was a big plus in my mind. He recommended a price range and we decided to do with him in mid-January at an asking price at the upper end of the range he provided. By mid-February, we had 3 offers, one of which was an excellent offer, just below the asking price. He brought each offer to us and took time to discuss the merits (positive and negative of each). We accepted one of the offers and closed mid-March. Brandon was available to talk any day and at any time about offers or other issues with the property and the process. His personalized service was outstanding and overall, it was a very successful venture. I would recommend him highly for anybody wishing to sell rural land in Michigan.
