Brandon Podolak

Brandon was great to work with he knows central Michigan real estate trends and was great at guiding us through the sales process. Better yet he has a robust client list of buyers for rural farms and hunting property that made him the perfect choice for us when it came time to sell our property.

This is my second experience working with Brandon. Each time he's delivered 100% as promised. I really appreciated him being very responsive to calls, texts and emails. His experience in the real estate market made the entire process much easier than I've ever experienced before.

Brandon was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in all of his actions and communications. The entire buying process was smooth and efficient. I feel we've made a friend and met a valuable resource for any potential future "up-north" real estate dealings! Thanks, Brandon!

Working with Brandon was shockingly easy. I've bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and have never had such a positive experience. Brandon was quick to get the listing posted, found the buyer quickly and made the closing process simple and convenient. I will definitely be recommending Brandon to my friends.

Brandon passed communication between the sellers and myself very expeditiously, which enabled us to get the deal done quickly. He walked the property with me and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. He was very honest and never pushy about any of the purchase details. He was very professional, but always friendly and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend Brandon to family and friends looking for properties in the future!

l really appreciated Brandons expertise and knowledge of hunting properties. That knowledge was very evident in his presentation of my property. Thank you, Brandon, for your professionalism and personal touch showing my place.
