I’ve worked with other realtors in the past but Brandon is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He was trustworthy, organized, reassuring, determined, down to earth and hard working. He made my first house purchase so easy and fast. He communicated and well and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. He was always on time and organized when we looked at many houses in just 3-4 days. He negotiated with the seller well and ended up having the closing fees paid by the seller. He is very passionate at what he does and will do his best to get you the house that you want with the best deal. He also was able to help me close my house using the VA loan in less than thirty days which is rare. I will definitely keep working with Brandon with my future property purchases.
Brandon was truly exceptional to work with. Sitting down in his beautiful office with both Brandon and the lender at the same time was something that set them both apart from others out there. They spent hours explaining everything to me and made sure I was 100% comfortable and understood all of my options. I expected this process to take months and be difficult once an offer was accepted. I looked at one home the day after our meeting and had my offer accepted in two days - with sellers paying majority of closing costs and fixing all of my asks after the inspection. During the process, Brandon always communicated what was to come and worked hard to get me what I wanted and I really felt he had my back. He went the extra mile every step of the way. The process was so unexpectedly smooth and honesty enjoyable. Both Brandon and my lender were incredible. Closing day was an awesome experience and now I own my first home. I truly could go on and on about my experience and how wonderful it was. I would use Brandon again in a heartbeat for any real estate needs I may have in the future.
Being a first time home buyer- This whole process was veryyy new and confusing. We called brandon we set an appt, went into his beautiful office (which has amazing view at night). Very thankful for his patience and willingness to help from beginning to end. Working with Brandon was exactly what you would hope for when trying to buy a home or land.
