Brandon couldn’t have made my experience better. He was available for any questions I had, to hear me complain about everything we had to go through, to support me, and everything in between. Buying a house was the most stressful process but the most rewarding as well, and I am glad that I was connected to Brandon to be able to accomplish it. At first, I doubt that it was going to be possible, but thanks to Brandon and his team, we made it happen! Words are definitely short to express how grateful I am for your exceptional work. A few weeks ago we decided to start looking for a home. We heard Brandon was amazing from a family member and reached out. Little did we know just HOW amazing he would prove to be. From the very beginning, Brandon told us his goal was, "that everyone feel comfortable and confident," and that is what he came back to again and again along the journey. We liked the first house we saw and Brandon crafted an impeccable offer that the sellers accepted! We hit various roadblocks along the way and kept feeling like there was NO WAY we would get the house...but, you can never lose heart when you are working with Brandon. His optimism and ability to get things done will not disappoint. Every barrier was removed and just over 3 weeks later, we were signing papers to close on our first home. Brandon was with us every step of the way in person and over the phone and he never failed to provide us with all of the information and options we needed to make decisions. We are still amazed at how we own this beautiful home when so many challenges made us doubt it could happen along the way. Another bonus is that Brandon has great connections and knows people for just about every home-ownership need. His team is also incredible and they worked so tirelessly and thoroughly to ensure everything was done with excellence. We are SO SO SO grateful to God for the gift of knowing and working with Brandon Lee and his fabulous team!!
