He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market/Denver area, has great insights into specific homes and is willing to share his opinions, calls out things you probably didn't think about, and always seems to go above and beyond for his clients. All without any sort of pressure to buy or speed up the timeline you are comfortable with. Good chance I would have given up/not found a place (or been stuck with a disappointing one) if I had a different realtor. Also, he's a cool person -- what more could you want.
