Brandi did an amazing job fighting for us and making sure our voice was heard. From day one she was there making sure our offer was in asap for a property going very quickly. Brandi stayed in constant contact with us and laid out all information clearly and made sure when she knew what we wanted, thats what she was going to get. She was determined to get this deal done with nothing missed. There were several nights she was hard at work making sure everything was correct and nothing was over looked. Where do i start! Brandi was such a personable realtor to work with. She makes you feel like you're not in it alone and shes more than willing to make sure the home buying process is a breeze for you. Her confidence puts you at ease. Im some one that is anxious about big things, that may not go as planned and so a confident realtor was important for us. The moment we chose her to represent us she got to work right away, set her other plans aside and got us the soonest available viewing for the house we were interested in. We seen it and thought wow this is perfect for our family and she said "were getting this house" I believed her and our offer was accepted an hour after the viewing. Not only that, Brandi is a networking realtor she knows alot of people in the area and was even familiar with both the builder and listing agent so that also was nice knowing we were working with an agent thats been in the industry for quite sometime and is good at what she does. We ran into a small problem literally a day before our closing, we wanted to use all of our seller credits and Brandi stopped at nothing to make sure the builder did that, and got us a fridge along with blinds for our new home! Brandi is extremely knowledgeable of the market. She was able to quickly ascertain what we were looking for and had the ability to get answers to questions to certain properties that we were interested in from the very beginning.
