I don’t think I could ever begin to say enough good things about Brandi. As a first time home owner, and using a VA loan, Brandi was hands down a dream come true. From the moment we got in touch she was incredibly responsive and would respond to any and all texts/emails day or night and throughout the weekend. She had my Fiancé and I looking at houses within 18 hours of initial contact, and not one time was she ever pushy. It was very clear from the start that Brandi had our best interest at heart, regardless of if that meant she would lose out on commission in the long run. After we found our dream house, Brandi handled all of the negotiations, and did better than I could have ever thought was possible. Thanks to her skills, we actually ended up paying less for the house than we had offered in the original offer. This goes again at how phenomenal Brandi’s character is and how she goes above and beyond for her clients. Within 12 hours of our initial offer, we had a contract signed. Thanks to Brandi’s efforts, we signed the contract at 11 pm at night after a significant amount of back and forth with the seller. She worked tirelessly on this deal all day and late into the night, and because of it we beat out other offers. She attended every inspection and answered every concern eagerly and never made me feel like my additional questions or concern were a bother to her. After closing day, she brought my Fiancé and I the sweetest closing gift. I couldn’t begin to thank Brandi enough, without her I genuinely do not think we would have been able to snag our dream house within days of it coming onto the market. I would recommend her to ANYONE, but especially to first time homeowners. Coming from firsthand experience, Brandi will get you everything you want and then some. She is the right agent to have on your side.

Completed our closing today and couldn't be happier with our new home in the Bartram Springs area. I can't thank Brandi enough for the patience and professionalism she has exhibited throughout the process.
