I brought an established career to Hawaiʻi, not a fresh start. I began real estate at a title company & was a lender before I ever sold a property. That experience plus over a decade as a Realtor, allows me to read transactions from every side of the table. With an MBA, I see a deal as a whole; where the numbers hold, where the risk sits and what a property will actually cost to own in a tropical climate. Real estate can run high on emotion. My approach is grounded in business, bringing clarity to the emotion and structuring a deal so all parties come out ahead. I bring that same discipline to every buyer and seller I represent here on Kauaʻi.
That discipline carries at any price point or real estate goal. Most recently I closed an $11.5 million sale from start to finish, referred by a financial planner. On Kauaʻi, some of the best properties never reach the open market. I have built trust with other agents and that standing gets my clients access others do not have. It is how I placed one buyer in a home before it was ever listed. When that closed, the client cried, hugged me and kept thanking me. The relationships did the work and the client felt it. I have also handed keys to first-time buyers, guided families into more space and helped others ready to downsize. I’ve worked with investors, second-home buyers and commercial owners on what a property will actually return and what it takes to hold it. With every client, I start in the same place; what the property is truly for and which numbers actually matter.
When I’m not working, you will find me at CrossFit, out chasing my next favorite beach or reading a book with my sweet dog nearby. I am scuba certified, I travel every chance I get and I live on this magical island with my husband. I came from Utah to Kauaʻi with intention and I am here to keep building.
