Brandi is an excellent negotiator. She is well respected, very knowledgeable and a complete professional. She was able to sell a unique property. As a seller I had complete confidence in her expertise. Brandi was very fair with an acute attention to detail so I felt fully assured the contract would be solid and correct. This was very important to us because we were out of state and after looking at a few houses she knew exactly what we were in the market for and didn't waste our time looking at homes that we would have no interest in. Anyways we ended up buying in Fort Mohave AZ and Brandi worked with us all the way to the end.
