Brady did a super job! I met him when he was very patient showing my granddaughter and her husband houses. I have worked with him in getting them a home and it was tricky but all went well eventually. He made selling the Perdue house a piece of cake, even found a repairman to fix a small issue. I sold a house 6 mo. later and again called Brady. The 2 houses sold were in a trust with the trustee out of state and all went just fine. Would call him again!! He takes excellent photos.
