Brad went considerably above and beyond the call of “duty” in assisting me with the purchase of my new home. Not only did he answer each and every question regarding that he also helped me with the sale of my current home/old home to my grandson as he and I did that on our own without an agency. Brad never blinked an eye in answering any and all questions in an extremely prompt matter. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him in my corner!!!

Brad saved me thousands of dollars and time in recommending that we not fix up the house to sell, as he stated in his experience many new homeowners may want to do that themselves to make the home their own and based on the setting and amount of land he did not feel it would hurt our asking price. We decided to do as he suggested and he was 100% correct. The home sold within hours of being listed for more than we asked, the buyers waived the inspection as true to Brads advice they intended on doing a whole home remodel to make it their own.
