Our family trust retained Brad and Sue Mohr to represent us in the sales of our family home at the recommendation of a long-time friend of my sisters. Brad and Susan Mohr helped us through the sale of our childhood home in La Canada, after the death of our mother. Since all of us are now living outside the state of California, we had to leave every local detail to them.
