Brad did not always tell me what I wanted to hear. When his proposed solutions were not satisfactory to me, He patiently explained the facts to me and we were able to make a plan to continue. Over coming difficulties he found two properties for me and closed both the deals. I expect to do business with him again.

Due to unforeseen events, we needed to sell our home. It was not an easy decision and was exacerbated by the prospect of having to list during an uncertain housing market. I just bought my first house with Bradley's help and he was there to help me through every single step. He was great at listening to me to figure out what I was really looking for in a home, stayed within my price range, and was willing to take the time to explain anything to me that I had questions about. He even helped me figure out which neighborhoods I would like to be in, as I am not from the Bakersfield area and was very grateful for his knowledge of the area in addition to his expertise in the home buying process. He was also very flexible with his schedule to work with me, considering that I have a job with long hours and that doesn't have regular work days on a weekly basis. And if I didn't have contacts for the different things involved in buying a home (like for inspector's), then he was willing to make recommendations based on the people that he has worked with in the past. He even helped to smooth things out when there was a hiccup with my lending company. Beyond that, Brad's just a great person. From the first time I met him he made me feel like we were old friends. And I think one of the things I liked the most about working with Brad is that, even though he made sure I understood the importance of moving quickly when I found a home that I wanted, he never made me feel pressured to do anything. I absolutely plan to work with him again IF I decide to move or buy another house and I would absolutely recommend him to any of my family or friends.
