Brad had an in depth knowledge about the local real estate market and was honest with us about the pros and cons of each home that we looked at. We felt confident that he was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to make a quick sale. He was very good at seeing tell tale signs of potential problems in homes we were looking at so we could make a well informed decision. Once we decided on a home, he and his office made the process very streamlined and low stress. Brad is a great guy and we would definitely recommend him!
