Within 24 hours he was sending me emails for my perusal. It quickly became apparent that he has a wonderful knowledge of this area. He was quick to respond when I requested a showing, walked me through the house pointing out details, but was not pushy. Later when I asked questions via text, he responded within minutes. The same day when I requested a second showing, he graciously met with me again. And of course there were many more questions.
