He recommended a painter and a repairman. Both were high quality and reasonably priced. I live 3 hours away and could not be running back and forth to ready the house for each showing. He was always willing to go the extra mile when I needed his assistance. Brad would ready the house a few hours before every showing. He opened the blinds, curtains and sliders, put the lights on and set comfortable AC temps as well. He communicated every time a showing was scheduled.
