Brad was super responsive to meeting with me on very short notice. In a short period of time, he researched the homes I had inquired about, but also had several others in my area to show me. Not only was he well-versed in the area, he was very knowledgeable about the mechanicals and was able to point out areas of the home that would require additional money and work to bring it to a level we would be happy with. Brad was able to put us in touch with local, reputable contractors that have been able to help us with the work. Brad and his staff went above and beyond in getting the yard mowed and stepping in on our behalf once the sale had closed. Brad was great to work with and really went above and beyond what we asked of him. He takes great pride in his city, business, and his personal dealings with clients. I would highly recommend working with Brad!
