I'm sorry this has taken me so long to respond to your request. My first thought the sale of my house was how quickly it happened. My second /thought was did I price it too low.??? As soon as the house sold my communication with Brad seemed to stop. The majority of the sale was in someone else's hands. May I add that it was handled very well...I was in Florida on vacation at the time. I truly do hope that this is what you were looking for in a review. Brad and his team sold my lot and even though it was probably tiny compared to most current sales in today's market I felt that I always got full service. To make things even more complicated I was in Europe at the time of the sale so they were extremely patient with the iffy internet connections. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brad & Jen, and their team, helped me and my mother to sell her house. They were very helpful and worked hard to make it easy for us, even though we were 1200 miles away in the PNW for most of the process. From our initial conversation in person with Brad, he explained how everything would go and it all went pretty much as stated. We had a few bumps and surprises (propane leak!), but again they coordinated the troubleshooting, and repair, of this for us while we were unable to come to town to do it ourselves.
