When someone questions the value of a realtor I have to say the value was extraordinary. They helped with so many items including surveys, plumbers, cleaning, and smoothing out the title experience. Brent actually showed up with his wife to help move some large items when I was not available. They also ran multiple open houses and they sold my home quickly at full price (7 figures). I highly recommend them.
