Boyd is a great realtor. There where homes my wife and I chose to look at and he would be honest about what the market value was. He won't let you over pay for a home. He is a Christian man in life and in business and will not comprise on those values. I would recommend Boyd to everyone especially first time home buyers with little experience in the housing market.
