My siblings and I inherited a e in Florida. We needed to sell it. Bonnie Metviner is the realtor who was able to get the sale taken care of.. There were several buyers that had tried for the purchase. Do to issues… a roof was needed, time had to be spent for that project completion.. There were issues with the other siblings. Bonnie was able to assist and cover all the problems that came up along the way. Her professionalism was a great addition to the process that was needed to handle he issues. Apparently this is all due to experience and knowledge of the process required to cover it all…. She was able to provide the buyers with the correct lender…. She had contacts with the tow staff for permits etc…. For anyone who is interested in a sale and has read this review. I strongly recommend contacting Bonnie as she is an experienced person with the necessary information to conduct and complete the process

I would highly recommend Bonnie to anybody who is looking for a new home condo or any piece of real estate that suits your need. She is efficient always on time works hard for what you want and she is with you through the whole journey. I have bought many homes in my past and I would say Bonnie is the best at what she does because she truly wants to see a smile at the end of the sale and you can feel her compassion for her job and I will consider her a friend always. I will reach out if I have any questions and I would promise you she will have the answer, and she does not treat you like another sale and then forget about you. It’s a lifetime relationship I recommend 100% to anybody who is looking to sell or buy!!!!!
