We were new to the area. Bonnie first provided expert knowledge of our search area, and helped us find some great options while working with our Houston-NOLA travel schedule. Once we found our place, Bonnie helped us work with a challenging situation with the seller (who was also out of town) who had some damage to their condo. Bonnie helped us write a contract that gave us the buyer protection needed for the situation. Then she worked hand in hand with the seller’s agent to get the condo repairs finished, inspected, ready for close. She was very attentive in her communication style, and went over the top to get this sale closed. We are extremely happy with Bonnie and would recommend her to everyone we know.
