Mrs. Bonita was extremely helpful and patient during my home search. I advised her of my wants in a home and she did not fail. Once I found the home I felt like was home to me, she jumped right on it to secure my future home. The whole process was organized and was done with ease. She made sure that I knew what to expect heading into closing. Although she wasn’t able to attend closing, due to Covid restrictions, she still had me call her and talked me through all the paperwork that I had to sign off on. I’m so appreciative of all the hard work she put into this process and the knowledge that was bestowed upon me. FYI this was my 2nd time buying a home and I can definitely say my 1st time buying experience wasn’t no where near the standards of my 2nd home buying process.

She also prepared me on what to expect during the sale process. She respected my time constraints by working on the showings around my schedule. When it came time for the sale she kept me updated on all the due dates for the sale. Mrs. Bonita made me feel at ease with the entire process and that I am grateful.
