Bonita was quite good throughout the process of selling my house. She demonstrated great knowledge of the neighborhood, market and the overall process. I renovated my house ahead of listing it, Bonita came in once the reno was mostly complete and suggested finishing touches to add to the appeal. She was also able to recommend a vendor for refinishing my hardwood floors(a highlight mentioned by the buyers at closing). She was on-top of everything once we were under contract. Bonita even took time-out of her vacation to contact me during the process to keep me in the loop. She was very professional and responsive.
