Bonita was highly recommended to us by several former clients in the neighborhood. From the time we first met her we were sold. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the market in general and our neighborhood particularly. We were concerned about Covid 19 and found that Bonita was even more concerned and made sure that all who visited were protected. She suggested minimal changes, i.e. paint and staging. Rather than have a stager come in Bonita personally provided the items we needed to make our house more saleable. I called frequently as we hadn't sold a house in over 40 + years. If I didn't get her on the phone she responded quickly, always had an answer and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. She knew what we had to do to be in compliance with the Building Dept; and where at the last minute the inspector required a change no sooner did we have the issue corrected than Bonita got the CO the same day. The buyers had to move in before the closing date and Bonita arranged with my lawyer to accommodate them and protect me at the same time. I didn't mention that the house sold within a week at over the ask price. The buyers' lawyer was dragging his feet but Bonita was like a dog with a bone and was unrelenting until the paperwork was signed. All in all, from beginning to end Bonita was a joy to work with.
