We recently bought our first house in Fremont and we would 100% recommend Bobby and Nikki if you are planning to buy a property in the TriCity area. Bobby and Nikki were extremely helpful in having us find our dream home. They both have been in the industry for a really long time and they were very kind and empathetic to what we wanted in our home. I loved the fact that once we started working with them, they really devoted a lot of time to us in showing houses (sometimes each house multiple times), available to answer our questions immediately and recommend and point out both good and bad features in the homes we were seeing even without us asking. They are extremely professional, have extensive knowledge of the area and the market and have great negotiating skills. I also highly highly appreciate the fact that, even after we moved in, they have checked in on us to make sure we have settled well and have promptly helped with home warranty issues.
