Bobby and Nikki were phenomenal through the WHOLE listing and selling process. They both walked me through the process of what it takes to sell a home and the current market conditions answering many questions along the way. Since we were in a rush, they quickly setup staging, pictures for MLS and open houses. They explained the importance of running open houses on both Saturday and Sunday and would give feedback after the open house. They would let us know how many people came through and how many showed real interest. The great news for us was the house was sold after the 2nd weekend. Then the fun began - negotiation. Again, Bobby and Nikki were there walking us through this process offering guidance without overstepping boundaries.Even after my home sold and we moved, they were kind enough to forward a package that arrived to the house.Bottom line - going back to my original statement - Bobby and Nikki are phenomenal. They have great expertise, market knowledgeable and are partnered with you through the complete process. I would recommend them highly!
