Bobbie is exactly who anyone would want as a realtor. She supplied me with so much more information than I expected. Often, I thought that I was being an Inconvenience , but she assured me and demonstrated her commitment to my happiness and my wants! I will recommend her to my family and friends that are in need of a realtor!!!

I happened upon an email from Bobbie which was totally unsolicited. It appeared in my mailbox and I decided to follow up since I had just made the decision to relocate to Arizona to be closer to family. I responded to the email and received a call from Bobbie right away. I told her of my plans and she found her way to my house the following day. In a very professional manner, she described to me what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale and got working on getting it staged. It was obvious to me that Bobbie knew what she was about so I followed her lead and certainly appreciated her expertise. She was thorough and very meticulous about details. I admired her for her commitment and keeping me apprised of how the market was looking, changes she suggested we consider to make the house more marketable, and overall her positive outlook. She would often say, "Daphne, your house will sell if it is priced right!" It didn't take long and I had a buyer in less than three weeks. Overall, I had a very good experience with Bobbie.
