When we decided to put the house on the market Bobbi did a market analysis and prepared a thorough package which was utilized to market the property. Additionally she used resources to make the home widely advertised and as a result the home sold in about three weeks

Interviewed 3 real-estate agents. I chose Bobbie because she was easy to talk to, and listened to what I had to say. She was open and had knowledge of the market. She asked if she could bring some decorator items that would enhance the showing of our home, which she did, and they worked well. Arrangements were made for a photo shoot on the up coming Saturday. Bobbi was with another agent showing a nearby home that she had listed, to the client of the other agent the Friday after listing ours. The agent had been trying find a property for some time. Bobbi was alert and heard the client request an awesome kitchen, and a large garage. She called us, and requested us to vacate the house. We had both, including a 1200 square ft 4 car garage. She called us that evening, to tell us we were to receive a full price offer. The house passed inspection with out one gig. She made sure all the t's and I's were crossed. The closing went off with out a hitch. I know that anyone seeking a highly personable, knowledgeable agent should look no farther.
