Bobbi Beehler, CPA, CFA is a licensed REALTOR® serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Lake Counties with Coldwell Banker. Her specialties include both Residential and Commercial Real Estate including luxury properties, land, new homes, resale homes, relocations, business sales and REO/foreclosures assisting both buyers and sellers. Since 2002 she has earned several awards and designations including, Listing Agent of the Month and Team of the Month at Coldwell Banker and has consistently been in the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. In 2009 she received an award for “Outstanding Internet Marketing” from Realtor.com and was nominated for Realtor of the Year in 2007. In addition, she earned an award as one of the top Forty Under 40 business professionals in the North Bay in 2008. In 2010 she was nominated for Santa Rosa Business Woman of the Year. Recently, Ms. Beehler was awarded the highest level Seven Star Award and Top 500 National Award by Broker Agent Advisor. She is a Global Luxury agent, a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an accredited staging professional and has an EcoGreen Real Estate Agent certification.
Ms. Beehler spent three years as a REALTOR® with Pacific Union/Compass Real Estate and was previously the Executive Director of RCU Services Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Redwood Credit Union where she oversaw RCU Insurance Services, RCU Auto Services and headed government relations. Previous employment also included positions as a Manager for Pisenti & Brinker LLP where she performed accounting, tax, business valuation and business consulting services. She was also the Director of Investor Relations for a publicly traded Internet company where she managed all aspects of the investment process including three private security placements, two secondary public offerings, two acquisitions and the sale of OnHealth to WebMD.
Other past employment building on Bobbi’s wealth of experience includes Associate Branded Consumer and Specialty Retailing Research Analyst at RBC/Dain Rauscher Wessels where she prepared financial models, determined valuations for the public companies she followed, made investment recommendations and performed due diligence and analysis for public offerings. She has also served as an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP where she managed numerous audit and consulting engagements for public and private, high growth companies in the securities, real estate and technology industries. Due to her competence and care in dealing with sensitive information, she was selected to manage the tabulation process for both the Grammy Awards and the Day Time Emmy Awards. Her wealth of experience in business analysis and purchases and sales will benefit both her commercial and residential clients.
Ms. Beehler is a long-time resident of Santa Rosa and a graduate of Santa Rosa High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Ms. Beehler is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
